❓ Frequently Asked Questions English My alarm / notification didn’t fire. iOS may suppress third-party alarms / notifications in Silent mode, Focus mode, or Do Not Disturb. To make notifications reliable:

Keep the ringer switch in the ON position Settings → Notifications → [App Name] → Allow Notifications → Time Sensitive Notifications → ON Avoid scheduling alarms during Focus / DND windows How do I revoke ad tracking (ATT)? Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → [App Name] → Toggle OFF. You’ll still see ads, but they’ll be non-personalized.

Can I remove ads? Our apps are free, supported by ads. We do not currently offer ad-free paid versions.

How do I add a Lock Screen widget? Long-press your Lock Screen → tap Customize → tap the widget row → search for the app → add the widget.

How do I delete all my data? Delete the app from your device. All local data is removed. Anonymous analytics already sent is retained per Google’s Firebase data retention policy.

Does the app work on iPad? Our apps are iPhone apps. They run on iPad in “iPhone compatibility mode” (iPhone-sized window). Native iPad versions are not currently planned.

简体中文闹钟 / 通知没响怎么办？ iOS 在静音 / 专注 / 勿扰模式下可能屏蔽第三方闹钟和通知。建议：

响铃静音开关保持在响铃位设置 → 通知 → [App 名称] → 允许通知 → 时效性通知 → 开启避免在专注 / 勿扰时段设闹钟怎么关闭广告跟踪（ATT）？设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 跟踪 → [App 名称] → 关闭。你仍会看到广告，但内容为非个性化。

可以付费去广告吗？我们的 App 都是免费的，靠广告维持开发，目前没有付费去广告版本。

怎么把小组件加到锁屏？长按锁屏 → 自定 → 点 widget 行 → 搜 App 名称 → 添加。

怎么删除所有数据？从设备上删除 App。本机数据会一并清除。已上传的匿名分析数据按 Google 政策保留。

iPad 能用吗？我们的 App 都是 iPhone App，在 iPad 上以「iPhone 兼容模式」运行。暂无原生 iPad 版本计划。
